Each 2nd Sunday, we feature Songwriters with distinctive, excellent material that should be getting some licensing in TV, Film & Ads. November, a major cosmetics label Ad Pro in the audience said, “15 seconds of beautiful material can go a long way”. I’m on a shortlist with a few Music Supervisors and share opportunities with my musical brethren. December’s event is also the after-party for The Grace Church Christmas Concert 2-5pm! There will be an expanded open mic & band jams!

Gary Van Miert is the lead singer, rhythm guitarist and sole songwriter of “The Sensational Country Blues Wonders!”, a band that has it’s own unique interpretation of traditional American music – classic Country tunes from the fifties and sixties, gritty Gospel sounds from the deep South, and time-honored Blues numbers that go back to the greats from Mississippi & Chicago.

Ariel Guidry
Born and raised in Newark, Ariel’s musical roots are in classical and early music repertoire. She bloomed into musical theater that morphed into an affinity for jazz, blues and soul styles. Since 2012, Ariel’s been combining all genres into her emotive and impactful Originals. Ariel is also an actress and model.

Carol Lester hosts this event. Carol’s had songs in Film, TV & Ads. While VP of MaMaPaLooZa Records, Ms Lester managed the catalogue of 80 artists and served as a 5 year IMA Industry Judge for the Independent Music Awards. Carol has five albums in Folk, Rock, Jazz Rock and Children’s Music and is back in the Studio Carol is back in the studio on two separate projects both scheduled to release in Spring 2019. She’s pitches to Music Supervisors in LA and NYC, invites them to the Showcase and shares Artists links with them
